About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive performance and carry out value-added analyses on financial data including launch business cases, impact from investments, benchmarking etc.
- Drive Investor mindset within the TAs to support resource allocation based on product lifecycle
- Support the organization’s leadership team with financial analysis (including Risks and Opportunities analysis), cost analysis and control and drive corrective actions.ommend short -and long-term targets
- Deliver core management reporting and financial planning processes to ensure the effective and timely delivery of insightful, recurring or ad-hoc financial information.
- Design and maintain early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate advance warning for all financial results.
- Manage the execution of regional / global strategies for own part of the organization and the correct and timely implementation of BPA processes and policies and ensure adherence thereof.
- Drive Financial literacy across the organization
Essential Requirements:
- CA/CPA and or MBA
- Experience of at least 10+ years
- Achieving topline and bottom-line targets in line with updated Business Plans as well as the planned market share
- Pro-active management of risks and opportunities
Desirable Requirements:
- Commercial Finance experience
- Functional Breadth.
- Business case management.
- International mobility highly desirable
