About the Role
Major Accountabilities
~ イノベーションに重点を置いたグローバルCMC規制戦略の策定とリードを実現し、規制遵守とのバランスのとれたビジネス・メリットを最大化
~ 割り当てられたプロジェクト/製品に関するすべてのグローバル CMC サブミッション活動 (企画、オーサリング、レビュー、調整、提出) をリードし、実施します。
~ グローバルな提出に必要なドキュメント、コンテンツ、品質、タイムラインの問題を特定し、プロジェクトのタイムラインに従って承認された技術ソース文書の配信を交渉します。
~ HA提出のための高品質のCMCドキュメントを作成および/またはレビューし、合意されたCMCグローバル規制戦略、現在の規制動向およびガイドラインを適用します。技術的な一致性と規制遵守を確保し、合意されたタイムラインと電子公開要件を満たします。
~ CMCリスク管理評価、危機管理計画、および主要な提出物に関して学んだ教訓を準備し、伝え、必要に応じて経営陣と共にエスカレートします。
~ 必要に応じて、保健局の対話と交渉を開始し、リードする。目標の設定、ブリーフィングブックの作成、リハーサルの調整と計画、リスク軽減計画
~ 受領後24時間以内にノバルティス製品に関連する技術的苦情/有害事象/特殊事例の報告
~ マーケティングサンプルの配布(該当する場合)
Key Performance Indicators
化学、製造、および制御(CMC)に関する規制活動を担当。保健当局への提出のためのREG CMC文書の準備と公開などの活動。さらに、新製品をサポートしたり、発売後に発売を開始したりするために、REG CMCに関するHAとやり取りします。
