About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize scalable data pipelines using Databricks, AWS, and Snowflake
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to operationalize models and ensure data readiness
- Manage ingestion, transformation, and orchestration of internal and external data sources
- Implement and monitor data quality, governance, and security practices
- Automate data workflows to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery
- Provide technical support and best practices to analytics and business teams
- Explore emerging cloud and big data technologies to enhance platform robustness
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in cloud-based data engineering or analytics
- Proven expertise in Databricks (Spark), Snowflake, and AWS platforms
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow and dbt
- Solid understanding of data governance, quality, and security practices
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish
